Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2025, these Terms of Service govern your use of smart sleep device services, digital information products, and physical goods provided by sleepaihome on sleepaihome.tech.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all users who access or purchase our offerings, including sensor installation, light calibration, noise control sessions, downloadable guides, and sleep enhancement devices.
2. Services
2.1 Smart Sleep Device Services
We provide on-site installation and calibration of sleep sensors, ambient lighting setups, and noise management solutions. To be eligible for a reimbursement, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource preparation.
You may transfer a scheduled session to another person by contacting us via our contact form at least 12 hours before the appointment.
2.2 Digital Information Products
Our digital guides and tutorials are available for immediate download. If you are not satisfied, you may request a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Approved reimbursements will be processed to your original payment arrangement within 14 days of approval.
2.3 Physical Goods
All devices are shipped with quality inspection. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a reimbursement or replacement. We will issue the reimbursement to your original payment arrangement within 14 days of approval. We may require the item to be sent back to our facility at 75 HarbourFront Walk, #02-15 VivoCity, Singapore 098585, Singapore.
3. Reimbursement Procedures
To request a reimbursement, complete our contact form or call +6588247948. Provide your order information and reason. We will review your request and reply within 5 business days. Approved reimbursements are processed as outlined above.
4. Non-Reimbursable Services
Advanced noise profiling consultations require custom equipment and preparation. These sessions are provided on a non-reimbursable basis due to dedicated resource allocation. By booking, you agree that no reimbursement will be provided for these services.
5. Limitations of Liability
sleepaihome is not liable for incidental issues arising from service interruptions or device malfunctions. Our maximum obligation is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.
